Qualificações

• Native or fluent Icelandic language skills are essential.
• A solid command of English (B2 level or above).
• Previous experience in Customer Support Services or client-facing roles is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality customer support to Icelandic-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
• Diagnose and resolve customer queries, complaints, and technical issues following established protocols.
• Maintain detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system with data accuracy.
• Collaborate with team leaders and colleagues across departments to resolve complex cases.
• Identify recurring concerns and relay feedback to QA and product teams.
• Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs, including CSAT, response times, and first-contact resolution.
• Participate in regular training to maintain high service standards.
• Represent Mercier Consultancy Group with professionalism and brand integrity.
• Communicate effectively in Icelandic and English within an international team.
