Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking fluent Irish speakers for an on-site role in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will join a dynamic customer support operation, handling Irish and English interactions with customers and leveraging CRM tools.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent proficiency in Irish (spoken and written) is essential.
• Strong English communication skills for an international team.
• Experience in customer support or client-facing roles is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality customer support to Irish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
• Handle enquiries and service requests in Irish and English with empathy and accuracy.
• Log and update customer cases in CRM systems and adhere to SLAs and KPIs.
• Collaborate with team leaders and cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria and work on-site as part of the relocation programme.
