Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking motivated Croatian-speaking professionals for an on-site Customer Support role in Sofia, Bulgaria. The position offers a fully paid relocation package and comprehensive relocation support, with training provided and the opportunity to join a dynamic, multilingual team.

You will handle Croatian-language inquiries, provide product information, and ensure high customer satisfaction through professional, empathetic service. Portuguese/Spanish not required.

Qualificações

• Croatian language fluency (spoken and written) is essential.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use CRM/ticketing systems.
• Full training provided; prior customer support experience is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality customer support to Croatian-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate product or service information.
• Identify customer needs and guide clients through solutions with empathy and professionalism.
• Log, track, and update all interactions and case details in the CRM system.
• Escalate complex issues to internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain high service standards and meet targets.
• Share customer feedback and suggest process improvements within the team.
• Stay updated with product knowledge and internal procedures.
