Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality Irish-speaking customer support via phone, email, and live chat.
• Handle inquiries in Irish and English with empathy and accuracy.
• Log and track customer cases in CRM with precise records.
• Collaborate with team leaders and QA to resolve complex customer issues.
• Identify recurring concerns and provide feedback for service improvement.
• Adhere to SLAs and KPIs while maintaining service quality.
• Participate in training sessions to maintain product knowledge.
