Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking Finnish-speaking customer support professionals to join an on-site team in Sofia, Bulgaria. Relocation is fully covered, including a return flight, hotel accommodation, and airport transfer.

Join a dynamic, multilingual environment providing excellent customer experiences. You will handle Finnish-speaking inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, with English support required for internal communications. Training and performance reviews are included.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Finnish language skills (spoken and written).
• English language at B2 level or above.
• EU passport or eligibility to work in the EU.
• Customer support experience is advantageous but not required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer support to Finnish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues promptly.
• Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions in CRM/ticketing systems.
• Collaborate with team leaders to resolve complex cases and ensure swift resolutions.
• Contribute to process improvements by sharing feedback and recognizing patterns.
• Adhere to quality standards and KPIs set by management.
• Stay updated on products and policies to assist customers accurately.
• Participate in training sessions and performance reviews.
