Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking Danish-speaking professionals for on-site Customer Support Services in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will handle Danish-speaking customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring high-quality service while collaborating with technical, billing, and escalation teams.

The role offers fully paid relocation, training, health insurance, and a monthly salary with performance bonuses. English will be used for internal communication within a multicultural environment.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Danish language skills, both spoken and written.
• Good working knowledge of English for internal communication.
• Experience in customer support, call centre, or client-facing role is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality customer support to Danish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
• Identify, assess, and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain detailed records of all interactions using CRM/ticketing systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive resolution of issues.
• Provide actionable feedback to improve service and SLAs.
• Adhere to SLAs, quality benchmarks, and compliance standards.
• Participate in training and team meetings to stay updated on products.
