iTRTech Group is seeking an experienced CRM Project Manager to lead international service projects, guiding the transition from Microsoft Dynamics to Salesforce Service Cloud. You will align business, architecture, and development teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.

The role requires 5+ years of CRM leadership, strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, and proficiency with Azure DevOps and Agile frameworks.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years leading complex international CRM programs.
• Strong knowledge of CRM service processes: case management, SLAs, knowledge, and ticketing.
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud capabilities and design.
• Practical Azure DevOps experience for backlog, sprint, and work-item management.
• Experience guiding distributed teams through agile adoption and velocity reporting.
• Ability to translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Fluent English; strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Nice to have: Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Service workflows.

Aufgaben

• Lead CRM service projects from initial analysis through implementation, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
• Coordinate global, cross-functional teams and facilitate workshops to gather requirements.
• Analyze Dynamics service processes and define target workflows in Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Translate business requirements into user stories and manage delivery in Azure DevOps.
• Maintain project documentation and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Coordinate test scenarios, UAT, go-live readiness, and change management compliance.
