Tata Consultancy Services in Lisbon is seeking a Salesforce Team Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team, oversee delivery across multiple Salesforce clouds, and drive architectural excellence. The role requires 8+ years in Salesforce with 3+ in leadership, plus strong pre-sales and client engagement exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of Salesforce experience with hands-on configuration and development.
• At least 3 years in technical leadership or team management roles.
• Experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Architecture, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, Data Modelling, Security, APIs, Integration Patterns, Deployment.
• Experience with Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, Git, testing strategies and code reviews.
• Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary Salesforce team.
• Experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and API-led connectivity.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Industry Clouds, ERP integrations or large-scale digital commerce programmes.
• Exposure to pre-sales activities and client-facing engagements.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I, Administrator, Consultant, Application Architect, or System Architect.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary Salesforce team including developers, admins, consultants, BAs and tech leads.
• Plan team capacity, allocate work, monitor progress and remove blockers.
• Guide design, development and enhancement of scalable Salesforce solutions across clouds.
• Review solution designs, security models and development practices for quality and scalability.
• Oversee integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft where applicable.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to manage scope, priorities, risks and resources.
• Lead technical workshops, sprint planning, design reviews and stakeholder meetings.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices for security, performance, testing, releases and docs.
• Support pre-sales through estimations, technical presentations and delivery planning.
• Drive continuous improvement, mentoring and technical excellence across the Salesforce practice.
