Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant CRM program leadership experience.
• Experience with CRM service processes including case management, SLAs and knowledge management.
• Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud capabilities and core CRM configuration concepts.
• Practical Azure DevOps experience for backlog, sprints and work-item management.
• Experience guiding distributed teams through agile adoption (Scrum/SAFe/Kanban) and reporting metrics.
• Ability to create functional specs and model processes with BPMN or flow diagrams.
• Understanding of APIs, data migration workflows, and interfaces.
• Fluent English with strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead CRM service projects from analysis through implementation, testing, deployment and hypercare.
• Coordinate global cross-functional teams and run workshops to gather requirements.
• Analyze Dynamics processes and define target workflows in Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria; manage delivery in Azure DevOps.
• Maintain project documentation and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Coordinate test scenarios, UAT, defect handling, go-live readiness and change management compliance.
