Cegid in Porto is seeking a Customer Support Technician to assist and troubleshoot our Retail software solutions for clients worldwide, with focus on France and international markets.

You will handle inquiries via phone, portal or chat, provide solutions or escalate when needed, and maintain high customer satisfaction through accurate responses. A background in IT, Windows environment, and languages (French/English/Spanish) are valued.

Qualificações

• Studies in IT or IT-related skills, especially Windows.
• Able to assist international clients by phone in French, English, or Spanish.
• Customer service mindset and strong written communication.

Responsabilidades

• Handle client requests, provide responses, and, when needed, offer solutions or transfer to higher support levels.
• Manage client requests in compliance with the service contract across all channels (phone, portal, chat).
• Follow up on client requests and adhere to provided instructions.
• Apply daily best practices in Customer Support to ensure client satisfaction.
• Alert on repetitive calls and potential issues.
• Use language skills to assist international clients by phone in French, English, and/or Spanish.
