Cbtalents is seeking a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist to assist French-speaking customers, guiding them through simple technical issues and ensuring a smooth, positive experience. This role is remote within Portugal.

You will answer questions in French and English, record cases accurately, and follow up as needed. Relocation support is available for eligible candidates, and candidates may be based in Portugal or relocate.

Qualificações

• Fluent in French and comfortable communicating in English.
• Friendly, patient, and customer-focused.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Organized and attentive to detail.
• Previous customer service experience is welcome, but not mandatory.
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required.
