CloserHire partners with a leading international technology services provider to recruit Technical Support Specialists for a multilingual IT support project based in Lisbon, Portugal. You will join an international technical team providing first-line support, diagnosing network and infrastructure issues, and ensuring high service quality across multiple technologies.

We welcome candidates with an entry-level technical background and strong communication skills who want to build a career in IT

Qualificações

• Native or fluent level of French and English at C1 level.
• CCNA or CompTIA+ certification (or equivalent).
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking and IT infrastructure.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-line technical support to business customers via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
• Log, manage, and prioritize incidents while ensuring service levels are met.
• Escalate complex issues to specialized teams when required.
• Perform remote troubleshooting and assist users through screen sharing and remote access tools.
• Monitor, update, and follow up on support cases until resolution.
• Document incidents accurately and maintain customer records within internal systems.
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
• Deliver a professional customer experience while maintaining high technical standards.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with ticketing systems or remote technical support is an advantage
• Strong willingness to learn and develop within the IT field
