Nestlé Business Solutions (NBS) is seeking a visionary Global Solution Lead – Learning & Development to spearhead enterprise-wide learning solutions across our global network. You will lead the execution of L&D programs across markets and functions, driving adoption and continuous improvement, while partnering with Corporate L&D and HR IT.

The role requires extensive leadership experience in L&D, global stakeholder management, and a passion for AI-enabled learning tech.

Qualificações

University degree and relevant leadership experience.
Extensive experience in the learning and development domain.
Extensive years leading leaders and large teams.
Global stakeholder management experience.
Strong change and project management skills; excellent English communication.
Interest in AI and future learning technologies.

Responsabilidades

Lead global delivery of Learning & Development solutions across markets, functions and regions.
Drive service quality and continuous improvement.
Oversee deployment and adoption of the L&D solutions catalogue.
Partner with Corporate L&D, CBLs and HR IT.
Lead AI-enabled learning transformation initiatives.
Manage governance, escalations and stakeholder engagement.
Lead large geographically dispersed teams.
