Convatec in Lisbon seeks a senior Total Rewards People Experience Lead to shape and continuously improve global reward services. You will translate strategy into scalable, high-quality services and partner with HR, Finance and IT to deliver a frictionless employee experience.

This role demands hands-on leadership, optimization mindset, and strong collaboration across regions to balance global consistency with local needs.

Qualificações

Significant Total Rewards or People Operations experience in a global/shared services model.
Strong understanding of reward administration and regional variations.
Proven track record in process optimization and automation.
Experience partnering with HR technology teams to improve delivery.
Comfort with ambiguity, decisive, end-to-end ownership.
Excellent stakeholder engagement with senior partners.
People-centric mindset focused on colleague experience.
Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

Lead a global Total Rewards People Experience team and drive capability growth.
Translate strategy into scalable, compliant services with local alignment.
Improve reward and mobility services across compensation, benefits, recognition, wellbeing.
Identify opportunities to automate and modernize processes with IT/GBS teams.
Serve as trusted partner to HR and business stakeholders with reliable delivery.
Own service performance via KPIs, governance and continuous improvement.
Support colleague/manager experience across annual compensation, benefits changes, movements.
Contribute to enterprise-wide improvements by linking rewards with Finance and IT.
