Convatec is seeking a senior Total Rewards People Experience Lead to shape and continuously improve how reward and mobility services are delivered globally. You will lead a global team, translate strategy into scalable services, and partner with HR Technology, Finance, and GBS Transformation to drive automation and efficiency.

You will play a hands-on leadership role with a focus on improving colleague experience through better processes and strong partnerships across regions.

Qualificações

• Significant experience delivering Total Rewards or People Operations services within a shared services or global delivery model.
• Strong understanding of reward and benefit administration across regions.
• Proven success in continuous service improvement, including automation.
• Experience partnering with HR systems and technology teams to improve delivery.
• Comfort with ambiguity, ownership end-to-end, and decision making.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and clear communication with senior partners.
• Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a high-performing global Total Rewards People Experience team.
• Translate Total Rewards strategy into scalable, local-ready services.
• Continuously improve Reward and Mobility services across compensation, benefits, wellbeing and mobility.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and modernise processes with HR Tech, Finance, and GBS Transformation teams.
• Act as trusted partner to HR colleagues and business stakeholders to deliver reliable, compliant services.
• Own service performance through KPIs, governance and continuous improvement.
• Support seamless colleague/manager experience across lifecycle moments like annual comp processes and benefits changes.
• Contribute to enterprise-wide improvements by linking Reward services with broader People, Finance and IT processes.
