Convatec seeks a Global Talent & Learning Tower Lead to oversee end-to-end Talent & Learning operations across regions. Drive governance, standardization, and employee-centric service delivery with COEs and external partners.

The Global Talent & Learning Tower Lead is responsible for the leadership, operational excellence, governance, and continuous improvement of Talent & Learning services delivered through the Convatec Business Services (CBS) organization. This role oversees the end-to-end delivery of global Talent & Learning operations, ensuring a consistent, scalable, compliant, and employee-centric experience across all regions. The Talent & Learning Tower Lead partners closely with Centers of Excellence (COEs), People Solutions teams and external vendors to optimize service delivery, drive process standardization, and support enterprise talent development objectives.
The role is accountable for service performance, stakeholder satisfaction, operational governance, process improvement, compliance, technology adoption, and delivery transformation.
Lead the global delivery of Talent & Learning services across all regions.
Ensure efficient and high-quality execution of Talent & Learning processes, including:
Drive operational excellence through standardization, simplification, and automation.
Execute the Talent & Learning Tower roadmap aligned with the CBS and HR strategy.
Identify opportunities for process redesign, automation, AI enablement, self-service expansion, and digitization.
Lead initiatives to improve employee experience, scalability, and service efficiency.
Support implementation of new Talent and Learning technologies and upgrades.
Act as the primary CBS contact for Talent Management and Learning COEs.
Partner with COE leaders to align service delivery with business and talent priorities.
Manage metrics and dashboards communications to COE teams.
Champion a seamless employee and manager experience across all Talent and Learning interactions.
Utilize employee feedback and service metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Monitor and improve NPS, and service quality metrics.
Implement best practices focused on Moments That Matter within employee development journeys.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
Maintain robust controls and documentation for Talent and Learning processes.
Manage vendor compliance and third-party service provider performance.
Support internal and external audits as required.
Education Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Experience 10+ years of progressive HR experience. 5+ years leading global HR Shared Services, GBS, Talent Operations, or Learning Operations teams. Experience working within a multinational, matrixed organization. Proven experience leading global process standardization and transformation initiatives. Experience managing HR technologies, service management, and outsourced service providers.
