The role requires 3–5 years in Accounting/Finance, fluency in English and Spanish, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication and time-management abilities.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in Accounting or Finance.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (business level) – minimum B2, ideally C1.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong business communication skills, both written and oral.
• Excellent time management with strong deadline discipline.
• Demonstrated logical, analytical thinking and team spirit.

Aufgaben

• Review ledgers to identify items payable to carriers, clients, sub-brokers and others.
• Provide payment back-ups and reconcile statements with books.
• Coordinate with client managers and carriers on payment issues and discrepancies.
• Support process improvements and respond promptly to queries from field offices.
