WTW, based in Lisbon, seeks a Billing Assistant to record and monitor financial flows for client portfolios. You will gain exposure to multiple client projects and develop core accounting and billing skills from day one.

Qualificações

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of the fundamentals of insurance contracts would be considered an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
• Excellent time and priority management skills
• High level of accuracy, with a strong commitment to rules, procedures and deadlines
• Strong team-working and collaboration skills
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate autonomy
• French proficiency at a minimum B2 level, with C1 level preferred

Responsabilidades

• As Billing Assistant your key responsibility will be to record and monitor financial flows (premiums and/or claims) in accordance with management's directives for a portfolio of clients or products.
• Communicating with clients and companies on all accounting issues related to the contract
• Setting up accounting and financial flows when setting up new contracts, providing necessary data
• Generating premium issuance and/or claims billing
• Handling (unpaid) premiums or claim reminders
• Managing the inventory of the client or product portfolio for which they are responsible
• Handling unallocated funds (identification and allocation)
• Handling calls for funds
• Following up with clients within the framework of the Group's working capital processes
