Qualificações
- Native or fluent Hungarian (spoken and written)
- Professional proficiency in English
- Experience in travel, tourism, or customer support valued

Responsabilidades
- Provide high-level travel support and consultation to Hungarian-speaking clients across communication channels.
- Manage travel bookings, itinerary modifications, and cancellations with precision.
- Serve as primary contact for traveler inquiries, ensuring seamless journeys.
- Resolve complex travel-related issues while maintaining industry standards.
- Collaborate with global travel partners for real-time updates and guidance.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of all travel requests and interactions in the database.
- Aim to consistently achieve and exceed KPIs to qualify for monthly bonus.
- Relocate to Sofia and work on-site in Bulgaria.
