The ideal candidate is native or fluent in German and English, with customer service or travel industry experience, and comfortable using multiple booking platforms. EU work eligibility is required.

Qualificações

• German language fluency is mandatory (spoken and written).
• Strong English proficiency is required.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or travel-related sectors is advantageous.
• EU work eligibility (EU passport or legal right to work) is required.
• Ability to navigate multiple software platforms and booking systems.

Responsabilidades

• Manage travel inquiries and reservations with precision for premium clients.
• Provide guidance on flight, hotel, and vehicle bookings while considering constraints.
• Resolve scheduling issues and disruptions professionally.
• Serve as a primary contact delivering high-quality travel support.
• Maintain accurate customer records and travel documentation.
