Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Spanish-speaking Support Specialist to join our Sofia team. You will deliver omnichannel support to Spanish-speaking customers, collaborate with international teams, and ensure accurate documentation in our CRM.

The role requires native or fluent Spanish, strong English skills, and relocation to Sofia. An on-site position with a competitive salary and relocation package is provided by a premier European recruitment and BPO advisory firm.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written) required.
• Strong English proficiency for multinational collaboration.
• Proven experience in Customer Support Services or similar client-facing role.
