Ando Living Group is seeking a proactive HubSpot expert to own our marketing technology stack and advance AI-driven practices across hospitality and real estate brands. You will design data models, lead scoring, and journeys, while partnering with agencies to bring critical capabilities in-house.

Formación

• 4+ years in marketing operations, CRM or marketing automation with deep HubSpot experience.
• Solid understanding of workflows, segmentation, data structures and integrations (APIs, Zapier or Make).
• Experience supporting a sales team in a CRM and aligning marketing and sales processes (lead qualification, handover, pipeline reporting).
• Hands-on use of AI tools in marketing, with concrete examples
• A marketing mindset: you understand funnels and customer journeys, not just the tools.
• The ability to explain technical topics to non-technical colleagues
• The ability to influence colleagues and change habits
• Comfort in a fast-moving company and the drive to keep reinventing how we work.
• Hospitality or real estate background is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own HubSpot end to end: data model, properties, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, lists, permissions, reporting and data hygiene.
• Drive AI adoption in marketing: identify use cases, test tools, document workflows and guardrails.
• Own lead funnel and workflows: design journey from capture to qualification and handover to sales.
• Be HubSpot counterpart for agencies: translate business needs into briefs and review agency deliverables.
• Design automation across both lines: nurturing and triggered journeys to reduce manual work.
• Build reporting: dashboards connecting marketing and sales activity to leads, bookings and revenue.
• Execute email campaigns: translate briefs, define audiences, manage build and QA.
