Are you passionate about Marketing Automation, Inbound Marketing and data-driven strategies? We are looking for a HubSpot Specialist to join a dynamic and collaborative team focused on optimizing digital marketing processes and customer engagement.

Hybrid model: 2 days per week at the office

Your main responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize HubSpot automation tools
• Create and maintain workflows, lead scoring and audience segmentation strategies
• Integrate HubSpot with other marketing platforms and tools
• Monitor campaign performance and generate data-driven insights and reports
• Support inbound marketing initiatives and customer journey optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve marketing efficiency and automation processes
• Contribute with strategic ideas to improve lead generation and conversion

• Strong hands‑on experience with HubSpot Marketing Automation tools
• Experience creating workflows, lead scoring and segmentation strategies
• Experience integrating HubSpot with other marketing platforms
