Own our marketing technology and make the marketing team faster and more autonomous. You are our in-house HubSpot expert and the person who brings AI into everyday marketing work in a practical, repeatable and safe way, for both our hospitality and real estate business lines. We want to keep reinventing how we work, and you will be one of the people who pushes us to do it.
Key Responsibilities
- Own HubSpot end to end: data model, properties, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, lists, permissions, reporting and data hygiene, including GDPR consent.
- Drive AI adoption in marketing: Identify high-impact use cases, test tools, and personally drive one or two concrete best practices from the start. Turn what works into documented workflows, prompt libraries and guardrails, support the team, and help make AI adoption measurable.
- Own the lead funnel and workflows: design and maintain the journey from lead capture to qualification and handover to sales, including routing, scoring, follow-up automation and clear rules for each stage.
- Be the HubSpot counterpart for our agencies: translate business needs into clear briefs for our agency partner on HubSpot and automation, review their deliverables, and progressively bring key capabilities in-house.
- Design automation across both business lines: nurturing, onboarding and triggered journeys that reduce manual work for the team.
- Build reporting: dashboards by business line connecting marketing and sales activity to leads, bookings and revenue, enabling internal stakeholders to interpret performance and make informed decisions.
- Execute email marketing campaigns across both business lines: Translate briefs and content from the Marketing Managers into campaigns in HubSpot, define target audiences and database segments during campaign planning, manage build, testing and deployment, and maintain templates and quality assurance standards.

- Hands-on use of AI tools in marketing, with concrete examples
- A marketing mindset: you understand funnels and customer journeys, not just the tools.
- The ability to explain technical topics to non-technical colleagues and to challenge agencies.
- The ability to influence colleagues and change habits: you motivate others to adopt new tools without doing the work for them.
