Job summary

JoVE seeks a Senior Marketing Operations Specialist to own and enhance our marketing operations, combining email marketing, automation, CRM management, and analytics to deliver measurable business results.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, and GA4, translating objectives into reliable segmentation, automated journeys, and actionable reporting. You will identify root causes and implement practical improvements with impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Marketing Operations.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot workflows and data management.
• Experience with marketing attribution and funnel analysis.
• Knowledge of email deliverability and marketing automation best practices.
• Experience with Salesforce reporting and GA4.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automated lifecycle journeys and campaigns.
• Perform QA to ensure campaigns are delivered error-free.
• Improve email delivery, sender reputation, and audience health.
• Design and evaluate A/B tests with clear metrics.
• Maintain marketing database with data quality checks.
• Create dashboards across Salesforce, HubSpot, GA4.
• Track KPIs: leads, funnel, pipeline, ROI.
• Develop lead and account scoring with Sales alignment.
• Evaluate and introduce new tools and AI enhancements.
