Job summary

Costaterra Golf & Ocean Club in Portugal seeks an HR Systems & Data Management professional to keep employee data across Workday, Sisqual and Primavera accurate and up-to-date. You will monitor records for hires, terminations and changes, and produce HR dashboards to support decision-making.

The role requires strong English and Portuguese, plus experience in HR administration. On-site position with competitive salary and benefits including health insurance and meal allowance.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills and mastery of Microsoft tools.
• Familiarity with HR systems, ideally Workday, Sisqual and/or Primavera.
• Ability to produce and analyse reports related to HR metrics.
• Ability to create dashboards with HR metrics.
• Strong critical thinking and organizational skills.
• Experience in HR administration as an HR Assistant is preferred.
• Excellent command of English and Portuguese.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee data across HR systems ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
• Manage system records for hires, terminations, vacancies, and contractual information.
• Monitor data quality and correct discrepancies in HR systems.

What will you do?

HR Systems & Data Management

• Maintain and update employee data across Workday, Sisqual and Primavera, ensuring accuracy, consistency and data integrity.
• Manage system records related to new hires, terminations, vacancies, employee changes and contractual information.
• Monitor data quality across HR systems, identifying discrepancies and ensuring timely corrections.
• Generate, consolidate and analyse HR reports, dashboards and key metrics to support decision-making.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date system records, ensuring compliance with established procedures and deadlines.

Time & Attendance

• Monitor working schedules, clock-ins, attendance, holidays and absences through Sisqual and other relevant systems.
• Identify and follow up on discrepancies with department leaders, ensuring accurate time and attendance records.
• Maintain absence records and prepare reports on attendance, holiday balances and working hours.

HR Administration & Employee Support

• Provide first-line support to employees and department leaders on HR systems, troubleshooting issues and escalating complex matters when needed.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all relevant system updates and documentation are completed accurately.
• Support the administration of employee benefits, including Coverflex, health insurance and workplace accident records.
• Respond to employee queries regarding HR procedures, benefits, transportation and documentation, ensuring timely and accurate follow-up

Who are we looking for?

• Very strong in computer skills and all Microsoft tools
• Familiarity with HR systems, ideally Workday, Sisqual and/or Primavera
• Able to produce and analyse reports and relate information
• Able to produce dashboards with HR metrics
• Great critical thinking
• Previous experience in HR administration, as an HR Assistant
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and good time management.
• A reliable, proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to follow procedures and manage day-to-day priorities.
• Very good command of English and Portuguese.
