Catawiki is seeking an HR Project Lead in Lisbon to drive People initiatives from concept to delivery. You will coordinate timelines, align stakeholders across People, IT, Finance and Legal, and ensure accountability for outcomes.

This hybrid role offers exposure to improving processes and implementing efficient SOPs. Ideal candidates combine strong project management with a passion for People operations, fluent English, and a proactive, collaborative mindset to navigate change and drive

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management experience coordinating initiatives.
• Understanding of People (HR) processes and HR operations.
• Fluency in English at business level, both spoken and written.

Responsabilités

• Lead People projects from start to finish with clear objectives and timelines.
• Improve and optimise People processes to streamline workflows.
• Build stakeholder alignment across People, IT, Finance and Legal.
• Document and standardise SOPs and guidelines for efficiency.
• Navigate organisational change and drive successful adoption.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI tools in People operations.
