Habyt GmbH is seeking a People Operations Generalist to support HR processes and payroll for our Lisbon team. You will be the go-to person for employee lifecycle activities and office operations in our central Lisbon location.

The role requires hands-on, proactive collaboration with managers, strong organizational skills, and fluency in English and Portuguese. Join a fast-paced, international team and help shape Habyt's workplace culture.

Qualifikationen

• 1-2 years of experience in office management and / or HR roles.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese; Italian and other languages are a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Enjoy being a point of contact for our employees and creating a great employee experience.
• Hands-on and proactive mindset, with the ability to take initiative and handle multiple tasks independently.
• Solid understanding of employment law and HR processes.
• Ability to work 5 days per week in the office.

Aufgaben

• Be a trusted point of contact for employees and managers on HR topics.
• Prepare employment contracts, addendums, references, and other HR documents.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding for new joiners and leavers.
• Maintain employee records and HR data in BambooHR.
• Coordinate monthly payroll with external providers per local rules.
• Ensure local tax compliance and timely reporting.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
• Oversee Lisbon office organization, stocking, and visitor readiness.
• Manage office bills, post, and vendor relationships.
• Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the CEO.
• Organize team events and cultivate company culture.
