Habyt is hiring a People Operations Generalist to keep our Lisbon office running smoothly and be the go-to for core HR processes, ensuring a seamless employee lifecycle.

You will manage HR documentation, onboarding/offboarding, and payroll coordination with external providers while maintaining compliance with local laws and internal policies. This role suits a proactive, organized professional in a dynamic, international team.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in office management and/or HR roles.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese; Italian and other languages are a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Hands-on and proactive mindset with ability to take initiative.

Responsabilités

• Be a trusted point of contact for employees and managers on HR topics.
• Prepare employment contracts, addendums, references, and other HR documents.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding experiences for joiners and leavers.
• Maintain employee records and HR data in BambooHR.
• Coordinate monthly payroll with external providers and ensure SAF-T compliance.
• Oversee local tax compliance, reporting, and payment schedules.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
