Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking an HR Project Manager – Payroll in Portugal to lead payroll-related HR initiatives and transformation efforts across multiple countries. You will develop project plans, track progress, and partner with HR, IT and Finance to drive timely decisions.

You will monitor activities, report metrics, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure deliverables meet requirements.

Qualifications

Experience managing HR projects in a large international company.
Proven track record in payroll project implementations (regional/global).
Strong multi-country project management capabilities.
Ability to build and maintain PM tools for analysis, tracking, reporting.
Collaborative, with stakeholders across HR, IT and Finance.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate HR initiatives, including payroll-related projects and HR transformation efforts.
Build and maintain project plans and progress tracking tools to support planning and decision-making.
Proactively engage with key partners across the company to ensure timely communication and collaboration.
Monitor project activities, track achievements, and distribute critical metrics to stakeholders.
Analyze project risks and mitigate to ensure deliverables meet requirements.
