Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking an HR Project Manager – Payroll in Portugal to lead payroll-related HR initiatives and transformation efforts across multiple countries. You will develop project plans, track progress, and partner with HR, IT and Finance to drive timely decisions.

You will monitor activities, report metrics, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure deliverables meet requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience managing HR projects in a large international company.
• Proven track record in payroll project implementations (regional/global).
• Strong multi-country project management capabilities.
• Ability to build and maintain PM tools for analysis, tracking, reporting.
• Collaborative, with stakeholders across HR, IT and Finance.

What You Bring

• Extensive experience managing HR projects in a large international company.
• Proven track record in managing payroll projects, particularly in regional and global payroll transformation implementations.
• Strong multi-country project management skills.
• Ability to build and maintain program and project tools for analysis, tracking, and reporting.
• Collaborative approach, comfortable interacting with various stakeholders, including HR, IT, and Finance departments.
