Zusammenfassung

Siemens Energy is seeking a Senior Change Manager for the HR Transformation Office in Portugal. You will shape and drive the NEO+ HR Transformation Change Management strategy, ensuring tactical delivery and adoption across five GSO areas.

You will conduct impact assessments, lead workshops, coach area leads, and work with Communications to craft stakeholder-specific messages. You’ll build readiness dashboards and create reusable templates for future workstreams.

Qualifikationen

• 5 years of change management experience in global organisations
• Prosci/ADKAR or equivalent certification preferred
• Deep expertise in change management frameworks; tailor for diverse stakeholder groups
• Led multi-country change workstreams within matrix transformation programmes
• Facilitation, coaching, influencing; comfortable with C-suite and frontline employees
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; other European languages beneficial
• Analytical mindset; translate data/feedback into executive-ready insights
• Experience with integrated PMO, Communications, and HR Business Partners
• Resilient, adaptable in ambiguous, evolving programme environments
• Familiarity with Workday essential

Aufgaben

• Develop and own the end-to-end Change Management Strategy for the NEO+ HR Transformation Programme
• Conduct stakeholder mapping, change impact assessments, and readiness analyses across five GSO areas
• Design and deliver interventions including workshops, training sessions, leadership briefings, coaching, and roadshows
• Build and maintain a network of Change Champions across the business to amplify the change narrative
• Partner with the Communications Expert to develop stakeholder-specific change communications
• Establish and monitor a Change Readiness Assessment framework, producing regular readiness dashboards
• Coach GSO area leads and project managers with practical tools and frameworks
• Measure effectiveness via pulse surveys, adoption metrics, and qualitative feedback
• Build the HR Transformation Office internal Change Management methodology, toolbox, and templates
