Ardmac is seeking an HR Officer to ensure compliant administration across the employee lifecycle, driving data accuracy and operational efficiency. You will handle onboarding, contracts, and documentation while maintaining confidentiality and GDPR-compliant data handling.

You will also support payroll inputs, time management, health and safety initiatives, training coordination and HR reporting to assist management decisions. English proficiency is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Good knowledge of labour legislation, social security regulations and employment law.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; knowledge of Power BI is considered an advantage.
• Experience using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all administrative processes related to the employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to termination of employment.
• Prepare and manage employment contracts, amendments, contractual changes and all related HR documentation.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date and confidential employee personnel files.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity and confidentiality of data within the HRIS.
