The Bosch Group, Inc. is seeking an Application Specialist HR IT in Lisbon to manage and optimize the HR IT landscape, interfacing with SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors teams. Your role will connect dots across modules and provide efficient solutions for HR processes.

Required is a Bachelor’s degree in HR or IT, 1+ year in HR IT or related field, and English fluency (C1). German is a plus; hybrid work and extensive collaboration across global teams are offered.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR or IT related field or comparable qualification.
• Experience in HR IT operations environment (+1 year).
• Experience with SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors is preferred.
• Fluency in English at C1 level (mandatory); German is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Providing SAP HCM global application support.
• Supporting SAP SuccessFactors data lifecycle activities (archiving, purging, data deletion).
• Delivering functional and operational support across SAP SuccessFactors modules and related processes.
• Coordinating between teams and driving continuous improvement of HR IT solutions.
