Job summary

SBM Offshore is seeking an HRIS Analyst to support and configure SAP SuccessFactors on a global scale. You will help ensure data accuracy, assist users, and collaborate with the HR team to align the system with business needs.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or business and 1–3 years in HRIS support, with SuccessFactors experience or certification considered a plus. This role is based in Porto, Portugal, and focuses on data integrity and system configuration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years in an HRIS support role, ideally with SAP SuccessFactors.
• SuccessFactors certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the maintenance and configuration of SuccessFactors, focusing on data integrity and accuracy.
• Support HR users by providing guidance, troubleshooting system issues, and managing user access.
• Conduct data imports/exports, ensuring compliance with data security standards.
• Document business rules, system processes, and configurations to ensure consistent data handling.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members as needed while supporting global HR initiatives.
