Bosch in Lisbon is seeking an Application Specialist HR IT to provide global SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors support, coordinating with HR and IT teams to connect the dots and deliver efficient HR solutions.

The role focuses on data lifecycle activities, archiving, purging, data deletion, and continuous improvement of HR IT processes within a hybrid work setup and a multicultural environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR or IT or equivalent qualification.
• Over 1 year of experience in HR IT operations.
• Experience with SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors is preferred.
• General knowledge of HR IT systems and operations.
• Fluent written and spoken English (C1); German is a plus.
• Strong intercultural competencies, fast learner, customer oriented and able to find solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Provide global SAP HCM application support for HR IT.
• Support SAP SuccessFactors data lifecycle activities (archiving, purging, data deletion).
• Deliver functional and operational support across SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Coordinate across teams and contribute to continuous HR IT improvements.
