The successful candidate will manage projects, provide technical support, and coordinate with international stakeholders. Responsibilities

• Ensure the role development process for SAP systems aligns with Bosch’s global standards.
• Monitor SAP projects and take ownership of all authorization-related topics.
• Act as a key interface between user departments, project teams, and role development units.
• Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders across the globe.
• Support critical project phases including cutover, migration, go-live, and hypercare.
• Provide technical consulting and support to SAP users facing authorization challenges.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in (Business) Informatics or a related field.
• Experience: Solid understanding of SAP R/3 and SAP S/4HANA functional aspects; Proven experience in SAP authorization management and implementing authorization concepts.
• Knowledge: Strong cross-module knowledge and ability to navigate complex SAP environments; Familiarity with global project coordination and stakeholder management.
• Languages: Excellent communication skills in English.
• Personality: Independent, structured, and customer-focused; able to work under time pressure with multiple priorities; team-oriented and adaptable to multicultural collaboration.
