Bosch in Lisbon is seeking an Application Specialist HR IT to provide global SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors support, coordinating with HR and IT teams to connect the dots and deliver efficient HR solutions.

The role focuses on data lifecycle activities, archiving, purging, data deletion, and continuous improvement of HR IT processes within a hybrid work setup and a multicultural environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR or IT or equivalent qualification.
• Over 1 year of experience in HR IT operations.
• Experience with SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors is preferred.
• General knowledge of HR IT systems and operations.
• Fluent written and spoken English (C1); German is a plus.
• Strong intercultural competencies, fast learner, customer oriented and able to find solutions.

Job Description

As Application Specialist HR IT, you will play an important role, by having an umbrella view over the system landscape, interacting with all SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM teams, connecting the right dots, and contributing with different solutions in an efficient way. You would assume the following responsibilities:

• Providing SAP HCM global application support
• Supporting SAP SuccessFactors data lifecycle activities, including archiving, purging, and data deletion
• Delivering functional and operational support across various SAP SuccessFactors modules and related processes activities
• Ensuring smooth coordination between teams and contributing to continuous improvement of HR IT solutions

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in HR or IT related field or comparable qualification.
• Experience in HR IT operations environment (+1 year);
• Experience in SAP HCM or SuccessFactors (Preferential).
• Knowledge: General knowledge about HR IT systems and operations.
• Languages: Fluency in written and spoken English at a C1 level (mandatory);
• German is a plus.
• Personality: Strong intercultural competencies, be a fast-learner, deal with uncertainty, have a customer orientation, and find creative solutions.
