Zusammenfassung

Airbus Portugal SA is seeking an HR Transformation & Digital professional to drive and support the HR reporting function. You will create, run and deliver standard dashboards, ensure data quality, and support HRBPs with reporting needs as the company transitions from SAP BI to Workday reporting tools.

The role requires a degree in Computer Science/Data Analytics with 2–3 years in reporting operations, strong Excel/VBA skills, and English proficiency.

Qualifikationen

• Confirmed professional Degree in Computer Science/ Data Analytics Engineering with 2-3 yrs of experience in reporting operations.
• Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment

• Data analysis capability: rigorously and effectively examine large quantities of data
• Project management
• Customer orientation: Definition of customers' needs for data and analysis based on HR system

• English: Business proficiency level written and Spoken
• Very good knowledge and understanding of HR KPIs
• Advanced mastery of Excel, including Macros development, VBA is a plus
• Expertise in SAP HR Reporting (BW and R/3, would be a plus if time management process is known)
• Workday certifications: Core HCM, reporting
• Data visualization tools (e.G. Spotfire, Qliksense, Workday Prism)
• Basics of Data Analysis techniques: statistics, data wrangling
• Languages: English - capacity to work and interact in English on a daily basis
• Data Analysis techniques: statistics, data wrangling, data analytics (Python and associated libraries such as Pandas) (Specifically for Reporting/Analytics Operation)

Aufgaben

• Create, Run and deliver standard reports & dashboards
• Analyze and ensure high data quality through regular quality checks
• Develop and create data layout like table, charts, graphs
• Support HRBP's Community in their Reporting activities
• Promote HR Reporting self-service by giving trainings to end users
• Ensure smooth transition from SAP BI reporting tools to Workday reporting tools
• Secure Security and Data protection requirements in the frame of GDPR regulations (Need to know purpose)
• Demonstrate good judgment and discretion with dealing with highly sensitive data
• Daily interaction with Airbus central stakeholders
