Air Liquide Europe Business Services (ALEBS) in Portugal is seeking a Business & Data Integration Analyst (HR Analytics) to connect strategic HR goals with data solutions, enabling our global HR community to make data-driven decisions. You will collaborate across HR, IT and data teams to design robust pipelines and governance practices.

You will build and optimize Power BI dashboards, enforce data privacy, and contribute to the HR analytics roadmap with strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualificações

3–5 years in Business Analysis or Data Analytics, ideally in HR or global corporate environments.
Strong SQL for querying, transforming and extracting value from complex datasets.
Python or R for advanced analytics and flexible data manipulation.
Solid Power BI expertise (dashboards, DAX, workspace setup).
Knowledge of Data Governance and data lineage practices.
Experience with metadata management and shared data dictionaries.
Fluent English and ability to engage diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

Collaborate with HR partners to understand objectives and co-create data solutions.
Design robust data pipelines with data engineering and IT teams.
Guide cross-system integrations to ensure consistent HR data flows.
Develop and optimize Power BI reports and dashboards for HR analytics.
Uphold data privacy, GDPR compliance, and governance standards.
Maintain HR Data Dictionary and metadata documentation.
