Nearshoreportugal is seeking an L2/L3 HR Data Factory specialist to operate and evolve HR data and reporting platforms used for social reporting and CSRD compliance. You will ensure data accuracy, platform stability, and continuous improvement of analytics solutions supporting global HR reporting in a complex industrial environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Knowledge of Workiva reporting platform.
• Understanding of data integration, pipelines, and data processing workflows.
• Experience in data analysis and reporting environments.
• Strong functional knowledge in HR data management, corporate reporting, ESG/sustainability reporting, and regulatory reporting frameworks (CSRD).
• Ability to operate in international and industrial environments.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.

• Ensure day-to-day operations of HR data platforms, including monitoring and maintaining data pipelines.
• Resolve incidents and provide L2/L3 support for reporting solutions.
