Airbus Portugal SA is seeking an HR Admin (French Speaker) to support Reward Operations and Time Management. You will handle Workday changes, HR database interfacing, certificate issuance, and data quality for Long Service Awards.

The role requires French and English fluency, prior admin experience, and familiarity with Workday, SAP and ServiceNow. A hybrid work model is offered and the HR team supports payroll alignment and compliance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or similar.
• Mandatory fluency in French and English.
• Experience in administrative functions (mandatory).
• Experience in Workday, SAP, ServiceNow & Excel/Sheets preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Approve personal information changes in Workday.
• Ensure information interfaces correctly in HR Database.
• Issue and manage employer certificates.
• Maintain data quality in Google Sheets for Long Service Award.
