SBM Offshore N.V. is seeking an HR Reporting and Analytics Manager to lead HR data integrity, governance, and actionable insights across systems.

You will design and maintain dashboards using Power BI or Tableau, partner with HR leadership and the HRIS team, and mentor the analytics staff.

The role emphasizes data privacy, regulatory compliance, and enabling data‑driven decisions to support workforce planning and strategic initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree in HR, data analytics, information systems, or related field.
Proven HR reporting, analytics, and data governance experience in a corporate environment.
Ability to interpret complex data, communicate insights, and align reporting with business goals.

Oversee collection, organization, and validation of HR data; develop dashboards and analytics tools for actionable insights.
Partner with HR leadership and HRIS to align reporting with broader HR goals and workforce planning.
Collaborate with IT, Digital and HR teams to enhance data integration and reporting processes.
Drive adoption of advanced analytics to anticipate trends and provide predictive insights.
Ensure governance, privacy, and regulatory compliance across HR data practices.
Lead and mentor the HR Reporting and Analytics team.
