Extia in Lisbon is seeking a keen IT Recruitment Associate to join our local office and support recruiting IT consultants for our Zurich business manager. You will train under an HR Manager and work across full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to interviewing.

We welcome 0–3 years in IT recruitment, a strong results mindset, and fluency in English; German is a plus. The role offers growth, autonomy, and exposure to international teams within a collaborative environment.

Qualificações

• 0–3 years of IT recruitment or consulting experience.
• Based in Lisbon with coaching from HR Manager.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Identify recruitment needs with the business team.
• Source and identify high-potential profiles via LinkedIn, job boards, and applications.
• Qualify candidates by phone according to recruitment criteria.
• Conduct interviews.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Build a pool of available and motivated candidates.
• Career management of recruited consultants.
• Involvement in HR projects (e.g., interview forms, job ads, skills management, HRIS).

First Who

You have a strong results-oriented mindset and a taste for challenge.

You’re eager to discover the qualitative recruitment approach of a consulting firm while developing your commercial skills.

0 to 3 years of experience in IT recruitment, consulting, or recruitment for scarce profiles is required.

Fluent in English and German is a plus !

Then What

Based in our Lisbon office and coached by an HR Manager, you’ll be involved in all stages of recruiting our IT consultants for our Business manager in Zurich.

Our goal is to help you develop your skills so that you can quickly take on more responsibility and manage your recruitments fully autonomously.

After a few weeks of training, your main missions will include:

• Identifying recruitment needs with the business team (#businesspartner)
• Sourcing and identifying high-potential profiles through LinkedIn hunting, job boards, and applications
• Qualifying candidates by phone according to our recruitment criteria
• Conducting interviews
• Following up with candidates throughout the entire recruitment process
• Building a pool of available and motivated candidates

Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to get involved in:

• Career management of the consultants you recruit,
• Various ongoing HR projects (e.g. redesigning interview forms, creating and writing job ads, skills management, job descriptions, HRIS...).
