Extia Portugal is growing, and you will join the Porto office as an IT Business Manager responsible for developing and maintaining a client portfolio within the IT sector across Portugal.

You will leverage your knowledge of the local market to recruit and manage talent, develop a dedicated business unit for key accounts, and lead a team of consultants. Fluency in English and Portuguese is required, French is a plus.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in Business or Engineering.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Business Manager in a consulting firm or IT.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese; French is a plus.

As part of Extia Portugal’s growth, you will join the Extia team at the Porto office. In your role as a IT Business Manager you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a client portfolio within the IT sector across Portugal.

First Who

You hold a Master's degree (Bac +5) in Business or Engineering and have acquired 1 to 2 years of experience as a Business Manager in a consulting firm and/or in the IT sector.

You have a strong understanding of the IT market and wish to deepen your expertise while contributing to our continued success.

Looking for a role with real responsibility? You will be in charge of developing and maintaining a Business Unit dedicated to a portfolio of key accounts.

Are you passionate about management? From day one, you may be leading a team of approximately thirty consultants (depending on managerial capacity and opportunities).

You are fluent in English and Portuguese. French is a plus.

Then What

So, what will your day-to-day look like?

1/ Business Development

You will be responsible for expanding our existing Business Units and further developing commercial activities in the Portuguese market. This includes prospecting, client meetings, and building your own client portfolio.

Please note that the commercial aspect of the role will be conducted in English and Portuguese.

2/ Recruitment

Working closely with the HR team, you will conduct interviews with future consultants and ensure that the missions offered by your clients are perfectly aligned with their skills and career aspirations.

3/ Management

You will directly manage the consultants you onboard and deploy at your client sites.
