We are looking for a Business Manager to join our internal team and support business growth within the IT consulting sector. This hybrid opportunity is based in Lisbon, with two on-site days per week, and focuses on developing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and contributing to sustainable growth through trust, ownership and collaboration.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT consulting market.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Build solid professional relationships with potential customers and business stakeholders.
- Understand client needs and translate them into clear business opportunities.
- Support commercial activity with a structured, responsible and solution-oriented approach.
- Contribute to long-term partnerships based on transparency, trust and value creation.
- Work closely with internal teams to align business needs with available capabilities.
- Participate in a hybrid work model with two on-site days per week in Lisbon.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Economics, IT or a related field.
- 2 to 6 years of experience as a Business Manager in the IT sector.
- Good understanding of the IT consulting business.
- Ability to identify, develop and manage business opportunities.
- Strong relationship-building skills and confidence in client-facing contexts.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
- Collaborative, accountable and adaptable mindset.

COMPENSATION TRANSPARENCY
Base salary range: EUR 14 000 - EUR 28 000 gross/year
Total compensation: up to EUR 35 000/year
The salary range is based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including required competencies, professional experience, level of responsibility and role requirements. Final compensation will be determined according to the candidate's profile and position requirements.
