Louis Vuitton in Lisbon is looking for a Host/Hostess to be an ambassador of the brand, greeting clients with warmth and providing beverage service in the shop and waiting line. You will make first contact and encourage conversations to discover client needs, guiding them through the products catalog while awaiting a Client Advisor.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, catering or retail is preferred.
• Welcoming attitude and teamwork to satisfy customers entering stores.
• Fluent Portuguese and English are required.

About The Job

As a Hostess/Host, you will be an ambassador of the Brand, ensuring that every client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton promise. You will welcome our clients in a smiley and warm manner and make sure you provide them with the help they need: provide beverage service to customers in the waiting line and in the shop, create a first contact with them and encourage small talks to discover their needs, guide them through the products catalog while waiting to be attended by a Client Advisor. You will support the store team with various tasks in store depending on the traffic.
