NH Collection Avenida Da Liberdade is seeking a Floor Supervisor to oversee floor service, cleanliness, and amenities, reporting to the Hotel Housekeeper. You will ensure adherence to safety and hygiene standards while delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury setting.

The role requires professional hospitality experience, English proficiency, and flexibility, with additional language skills preferred to support a diverse guest mix across Europe and beyond.

Qualificações

• Professional experience in similar roles.
• Knowledge of English and preference for another Foreign Language with a basic level of hospitality vocabulary.
• Knowledge of Hazard analysis and critical control points (HACCP), hygiene and safety standards.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise the planning, coordination and supervision of the floor service, cleaning, hygiene and replacement of amenities and other products.
• Adhere to service standards and internal hygiene and safety procedures to guarantee high-quality service.
