NH Collection, part of Minor Hotels Europe & Americas, seeks a Floor Supervisor to oversee floor service, cleaning, and hygiene, ensuring exceptional standards in our hotels and resorts across diverse destinations.

You will coordinate daily service, adhere to HACCP and safety procedures, and support guests with professional, autonomous service. English required; additional hospitality language skills are a plus. Flexible, proactive attitude essential.

• Professional experience in similar roles.

What will be your mission? As a

Floor Supervisor, you will report to the Hotel Housekeeper and will be responsible for supervising the floor service.

What will you do?

Ensuring the planning, coordination and supervision of the floor service, cleaning, hygiene and replacement of amenities and other products;

Complying with service standards and internal hygiene and safety procedures in order to guarantee a service of quality and excellence, exceeding the expectations of the client.

What are we looking for?

Professional experience in similar roles.

Knowledge of English and preference for another Foreign Language with a basic level of hospitality vocabulary

Knowledge of Hazard analysis and critical control points (HACCP), hygiene and safety standards.
