ME Lisbon, a luxury hotel in the heart of the city, is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to uphold the hotel’s highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and comfort. You will lead a team, coordinate daily operations, and ensure guest experiences meet expectations across rooms and public areas.

The role requires 2+ years in supervision within luxury hospitality, fluent Portuguese and English, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role within Housekeeping or luxury hospitality.
• Strong leadership skills with a keen eye for detail and quality.
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily housekeeping operations to ensure efficiency and excellence.
• Coordinate and lead the housekeeping team, promoting motivation, accountability, and high performance.
• Ensure rooms and public areas meet cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards at all times.
• Conduct regular inspections and address any quality issues promptly.
• Manage guest requests and feedback professionally, ensuring timely resolution.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Collaborate closely with Front Office and other departments to optimize the guest experience.
